We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and swapping our much hated electric hob for induction. This means our All-Clad LTD pots and pans won't work! Soooo what are your top 10 "must haves" seeing as we pretty much have to rebuild our cookware.
We do have:
Cast iron skillet
Cast iron grill pan
Couple of diff sizes of nonstick frying pans
Couple of Le Creuset dutch ovens
Medium roasting pan (hmm which I haven't checked to make sure it would work)
So looking to build on that. We do a fair amount of cooking, about the only pan we don't use is a wok.
Thinking or also adding:
12" saute pan
8-10 qt stock pot (with pasta insert)
Sounds good? What else?
