Has anyone been to Simone Tondo's new eponymous Tondo on rue de Cotte? His Roseval sommelier Martin Ho remains as his directeur de salle, and his menu suggestions include des mignonneries sagaces comme un Chinchard sauce meurette or pigeon avec de l’aubergine-miso.... Had an amazing meal at Roseval just before it closed last summer. Will post more about the experience when I have time, but this news on Tondo is exciting.
