One of our Ch alumni posted this rec and cooking instructions for Tokyo Vegan Gyoza on IG. The crispy, well-browned result from pan frying look great.

I'm always on the look-out for plant-based, minimally processed foods that can compete on flavor, so I'm sharing here in case you are too. The frozen gyoza are made in Japan and were purchased at Suruki market in San Mateo
