Celebrated my spouse's birthday @ Brio last Saturday night. Open Table reservation was promptly honored. Server was competent & enthusiastic. We enjoyed a reasonably priced sauvignon blanc. Side chopped salad & bisteca salad (gorgonzola crumbles & parmesan dressing) were tasty. My wife enjoyed her shrimp dish & my flavorful sirloin strip was perfectly cooked to a medium rare and at under $30, a bargain compared to Boston steakhouses, side mushroom marsala sauce was tasty too. I enjoyed the coffee & only demerit was my spouse's decaf cappucino could have been hotter. However, I was pleased that my Open Table reference to my wife's birthday was acknowledged both by the server ( a candle on the saucer of the capuccino) & by the manager who stopped by to wish her well. Nice-looking decor & "energetic" atmosphere, but not so noisy to prevent conversation. All in all, an excellent evening out.
