I've moved to a place with a single small oven that's giving me some logistical pause. With a turkey in the oven there's no room for anything else. In the past I've been in places with either large or double ovens which made cooking sides like roasted squash or potatoes quite easy. I'm planning some dishes that can be mostly made in advance but a lot of recipes take longer than 20 minutes in the oven. If you're in a similar situation what do you make and how do you juggle the oven issue?
