Thai Shrimp Pancake or Something

Miss Rennie | Oct 29, 201108:00 PM

I don't know what its proper name is, but I've had it in several Thai restaurants in LA and Malibu: a wonton skin package filled with nothing but chopped shrimp, sometimes maybe a little scallion or chive, and I guess sauteed till it's hot. Delicious. But I can't seem to find it here in NYC, and not knowing what it's called doesn't help...any thoughts, group mind? Thanks!
