And it's finally a good one. Everything we had was fresh and tasty: Chicken Satay ($7 for 5), Duck spring rolls ($8 for 6), Chicken and basil($12) and beef pad thai (15). The protein you pick determines the price.

We wanted to try the Pia Rad Prik (crispy red snapper $26); but they ordered only 4 servings and were sold out. The person at the next table had it and he said it was very good.

The other thing we couldn't get was hot tea. They had only 3 teapots and they were being used. We just had to laugh at that.

The restaurant is small . Parking is bad. There is a big parking lot across the street; but if you use it and leave you stand a chance of being towed.

Restaurant has been open only a few weeks.Staff is delightful. Here's hoping it doesn't follow the fate of the other restaurants on this block.
