Thai Basil in bulk

daberkow | Nov 25, 201403:11 PM     6

I am looking for a local source of thai basil (sweet or holy variety) to purchase. I'd like to buy in bulk so I can get exactly how much I need, which typically is about a pound or a but more.

Uwajimaya has small prepackaged trays of the sweet variety, but it was very expensive and I don't need to buy 10 styrofoam trays every time I cook something either. Didn't look so great either.

In my experience, the best thai basil in the US seems to come from Hawaii, so hopefully some of that is around.

Thanks!
