Terroir coffee--good stuff

Just a plug for Terroir coffee, which is available in whole-bean form at Clear Flour Bakery.

The coffee is roasted by George Howell, who owned the excellent Coffee Connection chain in the Boston area years ago.

It's handled much like the coffee from Rao's in Amherst, also excellent: single-origin coffee, lightly roasted (though Terroir has two versions of espresso as well).

The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is truly excellent. It's not cheap--$10.25 for 12 ounces.

Once you drink the light-roasted stuff, it's impossible to go back to Starbuck's or Peet's, who roast everything so dark that every variety tastes the same, IMHO.
