Tried this for a romantic dinner the other night, after hearing rave reviews. Some of it is true - the staff are great, others less so.

OK. And the verdict is:
Ambience B
Taste B
Presentation A-
Service A-

We ordered a wild mushroom appetizer, filet mignon and arctic char stuffed filo. The app threw me off from the get go - they billed it as wild mushroom but it was just porcini's sprinkled with some truffle oil. I was hoping there would be a little more fungal variety.

The filet, admittedly, was very good. It is hard to go wrong with a good cut of meat, which it was. The sides were creamed spinach, which was soupy but had bacon, and a couple of fingerlings.

The arctic char sounded lovely on the menu. It was pretty fishy though. Arctic char tends to be fishy, but when it is overcooked that fishiness is just profound. It must be hard to correctly cook fish in a filo dough, judging by how it was cooked for our dish.

Driving into the shopping mall that housed this place we hoped we were on the brink of discovering another Gina Lee's, but it was just not quite there.
