Had a great dinner at Tart. The starter was a wild salmon sashimi with thinly sliced jalepenos and blood orange sections, and a yellowtail hamatchi. They were both very fresh and tasty. We then had a poached lobster salad that was cooked perfectly-very tender and succulent. The star of the evening was an off the menu item that we had heard about, and asked about. It was a hay smoked cowboy steak served in a cast iron skillet. It was flavored so well and had plenty of spice. The service was spot on, and the glass of cab i had was great. We really enjoyed the food and the space is done so well. It is disigned like a vintage farmhouse with out being hokey. We will definately be back.
