Taqueria San Vicente, S. Arlington

A wrong turn last night put me in front of Taqueria San Vicente in S. Arlington. It's in a former Ollie's Trolley with a sun room addition (!)giving it the air of permanence in front of the Adams Mill Shopping Center on Columbia Pike.

I only had the chorizo taco, but I have to put it immediately in the the company of TECC as a great find. This is the second best taco in the area, after TECC's goat taco. It was cooked fresh to order, very hot, with a mix of radish and cilantro and some guacomole added to cool things down a bit. One taco for $2.50 was practically a meal in itself. I'm looking forward to going back to explore more. They seem to take their cooking very seriously here.
