Just wondering if anyone else has noticed a steady decline in food quality at Tangra Masala on Grand Ave. near Queens Blvd. Been there at least 5 times, and always takeout whenever I drive through Queens. The food was AMAZING the first one or two times (better than Chinese Mirch in Manhattan which is last and only remaining Indo-Chinese restaurant) and then I began to notice a decline . The Chicken Chili dry was burnt (as in black) the last time I had it (three days ago) and did not have the same wonderful flavor or spicing. The MoMo were also less tasty. Does anyone know whether there's been a change in management or cooking staff? I'm very concerned b/c we recently lost two of the three Indo-Chinese restaurants in Manhattan. All seems bizarre to me.
