At the risk of boring veteran hounds to tears, yet another question about this fine place. Following hound suggestions, we've had the veggie dumplings, and they are truly something special. Love the eggplant and basil as well as the oyster pancake although the latter was a touch oily the night we had it. No big deal. We simply blotted it a bit with a napkin and it was fine. Haven't had the mustard greens yet but will try it next time if only because it's a Galley Girl favorite and I've already written her into my will for turning me on to the Mix Bakery's bahn mi. My wife and I ordered the steam taro over duck . She liked it, I didn't. So, at last, the boring question is: what of the other chef specials or entrees (non-pork, please) have hounds found most tasty? As ever, thanks.
