I don't know what it is with me lately, but I've been disappointed with food everywhere I turn. Tacos El Asador was an average experience, with too much lettuce between the tortillas (why is there lettuce at all?) and uninspired pico de gallo and meat - that includes ho-hum chicken, beef and pork. Having experienced mouth-watering pork, cactus and fish tacos in Baja California last April, I can honestly say that Tacos El Asador doesn't even come close. Pupusas on the menu make me suspect this isn't a Mexican place after all. Any thoughts?
