I bought a few quarts of tart cherries this summer. most of them made their way into a cherry pie. However, some were sprinkled with a bit of sugar and frozen. I'm looking at them, sitting poor and lonely, brightly colored in my freezer, thinking that surely they want to turn into something.
But neither they nor I know what they want to be. Any recommendations? There aren't enough to make another cherry pie. I don't eat meat, so meat/fruit recipes are out. Otherwise, any suggestions appreciated!
