I would like to try a recipe for chocolate bark that calls for cashews, dried fruit and bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate. The cashews are to be baked for eight minutes and then the rest is what I think is a traditional bark process. It's Ina Garten's French Chocolate Bark if you want to look at the entire recipe.

My family member doesn't like cashews. Do you think pecans would work? Walnuts would not be an option.
