I'm seriously considering operating a food cart in Baltimore. Does anyone have some wisdom they care to share? I'd be very interested in hearing from someone who's done this or anyone who has knowledge about what it's like to be a street vendor.
I've always been a big fan of street food. In New York they have some great selections such as Daisey May's Chili Cart, the Hallo Berlin German Sausage Cart, and the Mudtruck (sells coffee).
I'd like to humbly try to bring a little of that street food magic to Baltimore. I have already decided on a product, but would rather not say what it is just now.
