How to store wormy apples?

Glencora | Aug 27, 200709:51 AM     1

Despite the fact that I hung a sticky trap in my apple tree, nearly every piece of fruit has a worm hole in it. The fruit is still good and I'd like to make chutney, apple butter and a couple of tarts in the next few days. If I cut out the wormy bits, the apples will brown faster. If I leave them in, they'll rot... Should I cut them up and put them in the fridge? Put them in the fridge worms and all? I don't have time to cook right now. Thanks. (And blast that sticky trap--it caught more ladybugs than maggot flies.)
