Stockholm - help needed to narrow down my final Michelin star and white guide restaurant choices

SeekingBeauty | Jul 7, 201604:07 PM     3

Hi there,
I will be in Stockholm for four days and need help with restaurant choices. I have read the posts here, cross reference with white guide and Michelin. Still lots of good options and too limited time. I would really appreciate some good advice.
Four dinner, but one fell on a Monday. Meaning I need to choose three from oaxen, matesalen, Esperanto, operakallaren and gastrologik. The first two are two stars and the other three are one star. All of them are on the white guide 2016.
I'm kind of set on oaxen and matesalen. But can't decide on the other three, if I have to choose one from them. Because it seems that Esperanto very high rating on the white guide. Operakallaren has the famous chef who cook for royal family, and seem to be the essential Michelin star restaurant in the city. Gastrologik also very highly praised on the white guide.
Anyone been to all these or heard about them? What would you recommend based on food. I don't care about deco or setting, they should be all ok. Most important is the food. I know they are kind of all different. But which one is the most delicious?

On Monday, can't find a Michelin restaurant open. Matelaren summer close during my visit. What are the good options? The operakallaren backfikan? Oaxen slip? Which one has the best and most tasty food?
