We use 2 boards in the household. Looking to replace the epi's
2" thick endgrain boards (have 3 variants) and 2 Epicurean boards.
I've YET to have a split, warp on either.....
I find it interesting, cause what motivates someone to post a review, is generally when they have a *negative* experience. In looking at Amazon reviews as a whole on various cutting boards, it's always about the boards either warping or splitting.....both of yet I've experience neither. Then again, I'm pretty good at cleaning, drying, and the occasional oiling.
Let me hear it. Are wood boards that really suspect to Queens maintenance.
I don't baby my boards but I do treat/care for them in how a wood product should be
Considering 1" edgegrain boards. It's a less thicker wood. I'd hate to have Buyer's Remorse only to jinx myself and have warped boards..
