Hi! I am planning to serve a roasted shellfish platter alongside a standing rib roast for Christmas dinner. Want to minimize the mess by getting split king crab legs. Do places like Santa Monica Seafood, Whole Foods, and Quality Seafood split them for you? I know I can call, but want to see if anyone has first-hand experience and/or other recommendations. Also should I consider getting them by mail order from providers in Alaska? Thanks so much in advance!
