" Special Beef Pancake " found at Chinatown dumpling joints?

Anyone know what the real name (read: Chinese name) is for the fantastic "special beef pancake" sold at many dumpling shacks in Chinatown?

For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, it's essentially a giant scallion pancake that is cut into wedges and filled with sliced beef, marinated carrots, and cilantro. Kind of like a banh mi, but cheaper.

I've had them at two places - Dumpling House on Eldridge and another one on Mulberry Street across from the park just south of Mosco. The one on Mulberry was much better - not as salty and with hot sauce on it. But the dumplings I felt were better up at the one on Eldridge, and you can add as much hot sauce as you want there...

BTW, it's a buck-fitty on Eldridge, $1.75 on Mulberry...
