I've gotten some sort of noodle roll here a couple of times takeout - don't know how else to describe it, supple broad noodles rolled up with a subtle flavoring (sesame oil and scallion, I think), to be eaten at room temperature.

It's always packed with non-gringos. What to eat on the sit-down menu? I don't get to Chinatown enough to give it the full treatment. Tips appreciated.
