My south jersey reviews

Currently in Mt. Laurel. Thought I'd post as I go so I don't forget.

Just had dinner at Allora in Marlton. Waitress was inattentive...not sure if she disliked is having kids with us or if this is her normal demeanor. She was not pleasant. Service was also slow. Now for the food....the fried calamari were good with a light batter. But the marinara sauce was off. We couldn't pick out the odd flavor, but it was not a good sauce. It was also slightly orange. The mussels were lackluster. They didn't pick up the flavor of the broth and were just flat. The salads were good. One person also had a chicken dish that theu liked very much, but I don't recall the name of the dish. Overall I was not impressed and would not go back.

No idea where we are headed tomorrow, but I'll post at the end of the day.
