Can I Sous Vide a Whole Turkey? (uncut)

I've seen a few recipes & a lot of people say that it isn't going to work because of safety (turkey is too big & temperature won't get high enough to kill bacteria) and also because the white and dark meat need to cook at different temps/times. I would love to hear thoughts/opinions/experiences!
