A snowy brunch at North!

You know all know we love North, although we haven't been there since end of summer due to crazy schedule stuff. Today, we had the pleasure of taking Mini-Me along with us for brunch. We had never had the brunch menu and we were excited to try it. Also excited to see that there were pancakes for MM as that is her new fave food.

Due to the weather, we had the place to ourselves for a bit and the attention MM got was very adorable. The menu was broad enough to have something for everyone. Breakfast-y food and lunch food, too. I toyed w/ getting the Bubba Burger b/c it is so damned good, but decided to lean more towards breakfast. I had the Harvest omelette which was light, but very filling. Melted mozzarella and diced autumn veggies. I ordered a side of "cracks", their awesome skillet potatoes , not realizing my eggs came with them. Oh well- all the more to enjoy. The Husband got the Chicken and Eggs which is a twist on eggs benedict. ( I think) Poached eggs over chicken sausage w/ siracha hollandaise over fresh biscuits. Yes, I went after that, too. It was awesome!!!
MM had pancakes that came with maple syrup,a wonderful butter and a jelly that looked to be a cranberry/apple type. ( She wouldn't let me taste and I can't recall what the menu said)

We were really pleased with the offerings, and our dishes. The service was terrific- friendly but not intrusive. MM's 1st trip to North was a hit, although I look forward to going back for dinner...w/out her. :)
