Has anyone else tried the smoked pulled lamb at Ruby's? Sure the place is overpriced by about 30 percent, my ala carte meal of 1/4 lb lamb, 1/2 pound pork ribs, and collards (really good ones, BTW) was 16 bucks before tip. pretty outrageous.
Equally outrageous was the newly added lamb. I've never had lamb bbq served "pulled" like pork, but that's how they do it at Ruby's. There's a spice in there I can't place but works so well with the rich lamb flavor. Anyone know its identity? Highly recommended !!!
