I'll be in Denver for five days at the end of January, and I'm searching for the best the city has to offer, whether it be fine dining or the ultimate hole in the wall. Food is a priority: Price and decor are not, meaning that if you have a suggestion for an off the beaten path joint with no pretense that totally floats your boat, I'm as interested in hearing about that as I am the top drawer, often-trod places. I'll eat anything, and am especially interested in Denver's best ethnic joints. I've heard great word of mouth from friends about Jack and Grill, Mizuna, Vega, Adega, New Saigon, and Cafe Brazil.
Thoughts? Reviews? Also, what's the best pub in Denver to peruse for restaurant reviews?
