Side dishes for Vietnamese BBQ?

We're hosting a memorial day BBQ, and I like to do loose "themes" at my BBQs so that the dishes all go well together. The main dish I settled on this year is grilled lemongrass tofu bahn mi, which I thought would be fun to do with summer rolls on the side. But I'm struggling to come up with other dishes to make alongside it that will go well. Since I'm doing summer rolls, I felt like doing a noodle salad would be redundant (since the summer rolls have rice noodles in them). I would love to do papaya salad but not sure I can find green papaya in my neighborhood. Doesn't have to be a strictly vietnamese dish, but something that would go well with the other dishes.

Any ideas? Side dishes, salads, hors d'oeuvres...
