Shealy's BBQ Question to Midlands Hounds

I had asked a question about Liver Nips in another post but it must have been covered up by other information so will resubmit. I am sure many of you claim to be high brow prue bred hounds but I am a true American mut of non descript parentage of many culinary backgrounds. Why yes there is English, Welsh, German, Scotch-Irish, French Hugenot, and yes I will reveal even some PA Dutch. There I said it. Yes even some Yankee stirred in. A true Hienz 57. One of my favorite breakfast is hominy and scrapple go figure. You could call in the Mason Dixon Breakfast. I love Soul food too so who knows what might be revealed after I die. Now back to my original question Liver Nips At Shealy's is there a special time that NIPS are on the buffet line I would like to get in touch with that strong Midlands German culture.
