I'm getting ready to head out on vacation and need to use up the following:
shark steaks (just bought on a whim cuz they looked so fresh)
broccoli rabe (usually I do this with garlic and chile flakes)
Usually I would marinade the shark in something asian-inspired (soy, ginger, garlic) and grill it but the rest of the menu is more Italian in flavor. What can I do with this lovely fish that would make it fit in a little better?
Any and all ideas welcome.
