shake it up baby, now!! // emulsifying cinnamon

I can't believe it's taken me this long to figure out this one, but will pass it on to anyone else who struggles with emulsifying cinnamon with liquid ingredients.

Pour liquid ingredients into tight-lidded jar and shake vigorously.

that simple.

duh.

came to me when the milk left in the half-gallon jug was exaactly the amount I needed for some rice pudding this a.m.

In goes the egg, cinnamon, salt, honey, and shake.

perfectly emulsified cinnamon.

yummy rice pudding!
