Greetings - I am hoping some of you might be able to help me with this. I was on an airplane, I think it was United, several years back (at the height of the internet boom). I read an article in the airline magazine about brothers in the Bay Area who ran a bakery that made cookies bought by software companies for media events, company parties and the like.
The cookies were a simple shortbread square with white frosting. The gimmick was that they were able to reproduce almost any image on top of the icing using colored icing spray and HP printing technology. So they could put any corporate logo or even photographs on the cookies. I am pretty sure they were brothers and their last name was Park.
Does anyone know the name of this company, if they still exist and have a website?
Thanks so much in advance!
