G & S Seafood- Clermont

They had their official "Grand Opening" last Saturday. I went, it's 48 RT miles well worth my time. Check out their website http://gandsseafood.com/ for specials.

Great service- and I broke my rule of not eating other people's tuna salad when I tasted theirs. It was very good. I tasted a bunch of stuff- the NE Clam Chowder was tasty-not potatoey at all and a nice flavor. I picked up some gorgeous Cod, a nice swordfish (which I didn't cook exactly like I dreamed I could) and some other stuff. The lobster salad I sampled was surprisingly good- huge hunks of lobster in a light dressing and no fake krab anywhere I saw (I don't care for it, tastes like fishy plastic to me)

I won't pay 75 cents for 1 lemon, and they did have a few packaged things that were really marked up but they have to make money.... otherwise the prices on the fish were good.
