I'm moving back to Seattle after living in San Francisco, where I was spoiled on the variety and availability of good dim sum, and I'm looking for suggestions on the best and freshest dim sum in town. Especially keen on hargow (w/plump chunks of sweet shrimp!) and other steamed dumplings, congee, turnip cakes. Is it possible to find anything close to SF dim sum in the greater Seattle region, or do I have to go up to Richmond, Vancouver?
