Has anyone been here?

A friend of a friend of a friend... owns this place (on 103rd and aurora) and we decided to check it out because it was said they serve ethiopian food in addition to coffee. It's a cute coffee shop and I think they've been there a couple months but things seems to still be "in the works."

There didn't seem to be any actual ethiopian food there but they did have panini sandwiches and after some confusion it turns out that of the seven or so listed they only had materials for two so i decided on the chicken pesto.

This sandwish was unlike any "pesto" I'd ever had (huge and served with a little side salad) and it was FABULOUS! I'm not sure I could even describe it, a creamy sauce with moist chicken chunks and some seasoning that looked a bit like pesto, nicely toasted...and i've been dreaming of having another ever since.

I think it was established that they might try serving Ethiopian food soon but I was just so impressed with that sandwich that I don't know if I could bring myself to order something else.

If anyone else tries something there, let me know. And if you can describe to me how you think it's made that'd also be helpful. :)
