I recently made my second trip to Sea to You. Armed with advice and encouragement from GG and 9L, I successfully requested a cut from the fresh "side" of tuna (what do you call those, anyway?). In addition, I wowed/converted two friends who were along for the ride.
The trip, and the subsequent dinner, reminded me of a recent "what's so special about sushi?" thread on the General Topics board. Man, I never *really* knew until I made my own.
Thanks again to GG and 9L. For what it's worth, Sea To You was posting a "sale" for (I believe) next Saturday - same stuff at "lower prices than usual."
