sauce for cold vegetables??

I'm serving some roasted red peppers, zucchini, and red onions as part of my lunch this saturday. i'd love to put some sort of delicious dip/sauce with them. the vegs were roasted with only olive oil and salt, and i'm serving them at room temperature. what would you serve?
