I'll be in Denver from approximately 11:30AM to 11PM next Saturday September 3.
I basically want to wander around and eat some great bites all day. (I also enjoy craft beer but that's secondary, especially until the evening). I'll have a rental car but am happy to Uber around too.
From some research here, the places that have really caught my eye include:
At the Source, Acorn and Comida
At Union Station, Mercantile and Stoic & Genuine
Frution (but prolly do Mercantile instead)
As a solo diner. I'm happy to enjoy small plates at a bar or counter, so even for Saturday night I don't have any reservations. I've noted the Saturday hours for each place at the bottom here. I'm coming from Florida, and enjoy all sorts of food and dining experiences, for example, Gramercy Tavern in NYC, Chez Panisse in Berkeley, taco and pizza dives, you name it.
Any suggestions on a food-binge Saturday itinerary? And "Must Gets" at each spot?
(Tho I don't know that I can actually eat for 12 hours straight so I suppose I should consider some other activities too.)
Thanks in advance!
