Wife and I headed to SS for 4 days of eating. Have already booked our 2 "big" ($$$) meals which are both lunches at Mugaritz and Etxebarri. Otherwise we plan to roam the streets eating pintxos and drinking til we forever.From my research I've seen alot of tours of the best pixtos bars. Initially the plan was to compile a list form various sources and do it like any other food destination we've been to. But I'm seeing all these tours that take you to the "best" places as well as give insight into the history of the dishes, origin of ingredients etc. My interest is piqued.
Thoughts or suggestions appreciated. FWIW wife and I are 30 somethings from NYC.
