San Diego Swordfish (and other fish)- Are there tumors, and how do San Diego's fishmongers deal with them?

Fake Name | Dec 16, 201401:38 PM     53

This thread is to discuss tumors on swordfish (and other fish) in San Diego, and specifically, how do the fishmongers in San Diego identify and process swordfish (and other fish) that may (or may not) have tumors and/or parasites here locally in San Diego.

So- does anyone in San Diego have experience with swordfish, (and other fish) and can comment on the San Diego fishmarket in general? In San Diego?
