Salvaje is a newish wine bar in Palo Alto specializing in "natural" wines. Anyone tried this spot?

I was there in August with a friend. I did ask for advice on choosing one of the orange wines on the list, asking if any of them had any fruit. Turned out to not be a fan of the Dila-o Georgian orange wine with its harsh clip of strong tea-like tannin and no scent or flavor notes to speak of, nor the dull and drab Texier clairette. We did like the Fouet Cremant rosé from Saumur. It retails for $17 at K&L (I'll be a buyer), and is $16 per glass here. We had it split to share. Teensiest of bubbles, bright acidity, pretty dry, clean and elegant.

Potato waffle topped with gravlax was fine as a snack, likewise the bowl of spiced nuts/pulses. Best part was sitting outside on a warm evening to catch up with my dear friend.
