Hi all. I have harvested neat stuff from my garden and put together a salad of the following: 3 kinds of cherry tomatoes; fresh basil; fresh garlic; fresh shrimp; canned, quartered artichoke hearts; canned button mushrooms. I'm thinking of doing a packaged couscous and adding some of that for bulk. My question: A good, homemade dressing that will compliment everything. I thought about oil/vinegar or balsamic and oil with chopped shallot. Just can't settle on one. Can someone help me???
