Little Saigon Vietnamese

Seattle-based chowhound seeks advice:

I'm traveling to Orange County for business and I'm planning to visit Westminster for Vietnamese food. I've eaten a lot of Vietnamese food in Boston (Pho Pasteur), Houston (Givral's, Nga, and Mai's), Austin (Tan Tan), San Francisco (Le Soleil and La Vie), Oakland (Le Cheval) and Seattle (Tamarind Tree, Pho To Chau). I've also been impressed by the high-end offerings at Slanted Door in San Francisco and Monsoon in Seattle. I really like Vietnamese food.

I went to Vietnam for my honeymoon and basically ate my way around the pho stalls of Hanoi, sampled Bun Bo Hue (in Hue), and ate grill-it-yourself beef and seafood by the beach in Nha Trang. I've worked my way through Corinne Trang's cookbook "Authentic Vietnamese Cooking" (favorite dishes include grilled lemongrass beef and clay pot braised pork with ginger). Did I mention how much I like Vietnamese food?

So I'm pretty excited to go to Little Saigon. Having searched the board I've made note of Top Baguette, Pho 54, Tai Buu Paris, and Bahn Mi Che Cali. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!
