Depending on how closely you read the Disgrace, there was an article in today's Business section which announced that the Ruth Chris group is buying all of the Mitchell's Fish Market restaurants and three of Mitchell's steakhouses.
Good? Bad? Indifferent?
I've had some very nice meals at Ruth Chris' places, but also some very bad ones. I'm cautiously optimistic that this could be a nice move for them, but I'm wondering if this signals some major problems for the other Mitchell enterprises. If they're really cutting down to 10 restaurants, that's basically just the Cap City diners and Rusty Buckets, isn't it?
I thought I'd bring it up here and see what (if anything) people thought.
Here's the article for the curious: http://www.dispatch.com/live/content/...
