Rust on Gas Grill Burner Covers

pamelak52 | Apr 6, 201609:51 AM     4

I purchased a grill last summer and used it a lot. We haven't used it much for the past couple of months and we're ready to get rolling again. I noticed a bit of rust on the burner covers. How do I fix this? Do I replace the burner covers? How about rust elsewhere on the grill? Might be some on the burners, too. I feel like an idiot, and wish that I had maintained it a bit better over the winter (or used it more!). Lesson learned. Would love to grill this weekend but not sure if I can clean it up in time.
