went to bolo a few nights ago for restarant week and had a great meal and time. although the service was not the greatest or most profesional, the hostess tried to make up for it and was very accomidating.
the menu consisted of a choise of the three appatizers and main course and two deserrts. although they are probably all abriviated versions of what is on their mane menu, it was kind of good that the portions were smaller as we did not get overly full.
i had a baked machego cheece which was all goey and wonderful, friends had the chopped salad that they liked. for a main course the pork was moist and buttery, served with tiny asparagust, no starch on the RR portion, not missed. it was very good. my friend had the risotto which, given the fact that i am ususally diappointed with the dish, i loved. for dessert the choclate and berry crep was great, beet out the peach tart. to top it off i had some frothy vodka drink that was expensiver but tasty and full of alcohal. i would love to go bak for a regular meal now.
