Rotisserie Chicken

I'm going to make a rotisserie chicken this week, but I'm getting a little bored with the same old rub down of salt, pepper, and whatever poultry seasoning is on the rack. Any crazy, wonderful ideas or recipes? I had this idea of stuffing it with something like lemon wedges and rosemary, but I'm open!
