Some friends and I are going to Paris for the weekend in early July to eat.
I debating where's the best place to go. L'Arpege isn't open at the weekend. I've thought about Joel Robuchon but am slightly deterred (although still open-minded) by the stools/lack of round table. I've also thought of Pierre Gagnaire.
I'm open to other suggestions.
The other constraint is that one in the party keeps kosher to the extent that he can't eat meat or shellfish.
What's my best bet for the best Paris has to offer in terms of heaven on a plate?
